Senior Account Manager Opportunity

KC Advertising community is looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join an agency client of Poindexter Recruiting in Leawood, Kansas. This hybrid role offers a salary range based on experience.

In this fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you will serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, planning and managing the execution of advertising and sponsorship products. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who excels in project coordination, team collaboration, and client relationship management.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

• 4-8+ years of account management experience, managing multiple accounts, preferably in a multichannel media environment.

• Ability to adapt, thrive, and multi-task in a dynamic workplace.

• Proficiency in project planning, strategy development, and documentation.

• Self-motivated with expertise in managing multiple projects and key accounts simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic, producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Preferred understanding of print and digital media channels and technologies.

• Proficiency in industry-standard business software, including Google Workspace, Trello, HubSpot, and PowerPoint.

• Occasional travel required, estimated 2-4 times annually.
  

We are only considering candidates with current advertising agency experience, specifically within pharmaceuticals or healthcare clients. Candidates must be in a current or similar role.
