We are seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to support the execution of our marketing initiatives, digital presence, product launches, and brand communications. This position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys content creation, project coordination, and developing product files.

Working closely with company leadership, this role helps execute marketing initiatives that support the company’s growth objectives while ensuring all communications reflect Porter Teleo’s unique voice, brand standards, and luxury positioning. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, stays current on marketing trends and best practices, enjoys both creative and hands-on work, and thrives in a collaborative environment with a high level of curiosity and attention to detail.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help execute marketing initiatives that support company growth objectives.

  • Ensure all marketing communications consistently reflect Porter Teleo’s distinctive brand voice and luxury positioning.

  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, SEO, AI search optimization, and industry best practices.

  • Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends to help strengthen Porter Teleo’s market position.

Social Media Marketing & Email Marketing

  • Manage daily content across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and MailChimp.

  • Create and schedule eblasts, posts, reels, stories, carousels, and collaborative content promoting new products, projects, press coverage, and company news.

  • Track performance metrics, monitor effectiveness, and recommend improvements to engagement, follower growth, reach and client registrations.

Product Launch Support

  • Ensure consistent and timely launches of new wallcovering, textile, and commercial surface collections.

  • Coordinate launch assets across website, social media, email marketing, press, and sales tools.

  • Coordinate the development and organization of marketing assets required to launch new collections, ensuring consistency across digital, print, sales, and production materials.

  • Create technical files for printed product collections using Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design tools.

Website Management

  • Maintain and update the Shopify website.

  • Add new products, collections, imagery, press features, and content.

  • Ensure product information and marketing content remain current and accurate.

  • Monitor website performance and user experience.

  • Assist with SEO initiatives and emerging AI search optimization strategies.

Brand Asset Management

  • Organize and maintain creative assets including installation photography, product imagery, video content, press materials, printed marketing materials, and brand files.

  • Maintain consistency in brand language, typography, color usage, logos, and other visual brand standards.

  • Manage marketing resources and brand documentation to ensure assets remain organized, current, and easily accessible.

Marketing Materials & Sales Support

  • Design and update marketing collateral including lookbooks, catalogs, tear sheets, brochures, mailers, and presentation materials.

  • Support sales and marketing initiatives with custom materials as needed.

Customer & Project Support

  • Create visual renderings and presentation materials for customer projects when needed.

  • Support marketing efforts related to trade shows, events, press opportunities, and designer outreach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent luxury brand voice.

  • Experience creating social media content for business accounts.

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Experience editing video content for social media.

  • Photography and photo editing skills.

  • Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools and evolving search technologies.

  • Interest in interior design, architecture, luxury products, or the design industry.
