MBB is looking for an Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have enough experience to bring smart, strategic thinking to the table along with flawless execution. At MBB, no two days are the same for our Art Directors. You’ll work across a variety of clients and industries touching everything from large healthcare systems to consumer packaged goods. If you’re interested in creating work that matters, then we’re interested in working with you.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and sell in ideas that push boundaries

  • Manage work from kick off through production for small and large clients

  • Adapt quickly with new asks and opportunities every day

  • Sell the work with purpose and passion

  • Collaborate with other agency departments to build integrated go-to-market plans

  • Foster trust and support from other agency departments

Qualifications

  • A strong creative portfolio

  • A strong conceptual ability

  • 5-7 years with demonstrated experience
