Rent the AAF-KC Space
The AAF-KC office at 1025 Jefferson Street features a beautiful conference room for meetings of up to 35 people. The large, bright meeting room has a private restroom and is available to rent during office hours. Some parking is available in a gated lot on the north side of the building and street parking near the building is also available. The building is conveniently located on the west edge of Quality Hill, minutes from the Broadway Bridge and just off the 12th Street Exit of I-35.
Rental Rates
AAF-KC Members - $75 for full day (8 hours); $50 for half day (4 hours); $25 for two hours. (This does not apply to members renting space for non-member organizations or companies.)

Non-Member - $125 for full day (8 hours); $75 for half day (4 hours); $50 for two hours

Refreshment Costs
Coffee: $5 per pot
Soft Drinks/Water: $0.75 per can or bottle
Catered Breakfast/Lunch: Cost plus 20%
Beer & Wine: Negotiable

The large conference room is on the second floor of the building; there is no elevator to access this floor.
