Our Mission

The mission of the American Advertising Federation of Kansas City is to enhance the professional development of the club's diverse membership, while increasing local and national recognition for the advertising industry.

Our Goals

The AAF-KC strives to support the advertising, marketing and communications community by providing information to members and students, and by developing their professional and technical abilities through educational and professional opportunities. We also serve as the hub for information and ideas circulating back in from our members. We dedicate ourselves to promoting fellowship between members, developing a better understanding of the values of our industry, encouraging high standards of practice within the industry, and recognizing those members who achieve excellence.

The AAF-KC exists solely because our members exist. Without our members, we are nothing. Without students, our members-to-be, we have no future. And our duty, our goal, is to ensure that the future of advertising, marketing, and communications in the greater Kansas City is as survival-friendly as possible.
